Laminate or any other hardwood flooring requires only a light cleaning periodically with a slightly damp cloth with water. No detergents, polishes, waxes or solvents are necessary. These will discolor, attract dirt and detract from the attractiveness of the floor.

12/11/09 ---COLD WEATHER ALERT!----
You can keep your water pipes from rupturing  during freezing  weather if  you take the  following measures:

1.Disconnect all  garden hoses and shutoff the supply valve to the spigots and drain the line.

2.Insulate the inside of your crawl space access door. Close all the foundation vents except two, on opposite sides of the foundation.

3.Winterize all plumbing fixtures that will not be used during  the winter months and the structure will not be heated. This can be done by pouring a correct mixture of antifreze into your drains, tub, sinks,toilet tanks and bowls. Drain your water heater and leave the drain valve open. Contact us for questions>>
